Apart from the website, you can accept or decline an opportunity by email. Once the client accepts the referral, the provider will get an email about the new opportunity.
If you decide to accept the opportunity, click on the ‘Accept‘ button and then you will be redirected to the page below.
If you want to accept the opportunity but you haven’t subscribed to Referit, then you will be redirected to the page below.
If you decide to decline the opportunity, click on the ‘Decline’ button and then you will be redirected to the page below.
If the opportunity request has been previously accepted, Referit will ask the provider to go to the Referral on the Opportunities page, as below.
If the opportunity request has been declined, and the provider then wishes to accept that same opportunity request, then the provider will be asked to go to the Opportunities page. From there the provider can contact the referrer. See image below.
Note: If you wish to accept a second opportunity and for other tasks, please first subscribe to Referit. The subscription process will be explained in another section.
