As a Provider, you can accept or decline any opportunity that you receive. After the referrer sends the client a referral and the client accepts, then the referral will become an opportunity. Go to the ’Opportunities’ menu in the left sidebar to view all the opportunities. Then you will be redirected to the ‘Opportunities’ page.
There you will see a new opportunity card with the opportunity status set to Pending. If you decide to respond to the opportunity, click on the button labelled ‘Details’. Then the page will redirect the user to the opportunity. Click on ‘Accept Opportunity‘ and the opportunity status will change to In Progress.
If you decide to decline the opportunity, click on ‘Decline & Reply’, and give the reason why you wish to decline the opportunity.
Once you decline, then the status will change to Declined.
