After the referrer sends the referrals to the client via phone number, the client will either accept or decline the referrals. The client will get an SMS from Referit about the referral, and they will be given the option to either accept or decline the referral.
Click on the ‘Accept’ link to accept the referral or click on the ‘Decline’ link to decline the referral. After the client accepts the referral, they will be redirected to Accept Referral page.
And if the client declines the referral, they will be redirected to the Decline Referral page.
The referrer can also check the progress of the referral in the Referrals menu or in the Dashboard menu or from Notifications. After the client accepts or declines the referrals, Referit will update the referral card with the new status.
Accepted: if the client accepts the referrals.
And Declined: if the client declines the referral.
